Baked chicken with Italian dressing
Ingredients
  • 2 to 4 chicken breasts (if thick cut in half)
  • 1 small bottle of Italian dressing (if making more chicken breast use a large bottle)
Steps
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350° f
  2. 2. Place Chicken in an 8x8 glass Pyrex dish. If more than four chicken breasts use a 9x13 dish. Then shake up the bottle of Italian dressing and pour over chicken, cover with foil and bake at 350° f for about 30 to 40 minutes or until upholstery thermometer reaches 165° and the thickest part of the chicken breast.
Notes
  • Serve with baked potato or baked cheesy au gratin potatoes and California blend veggies
