Maple-Cinnamon Apple and Pear Baked Oatmeal

  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp fine grain sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe pair, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
