Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup of sugar. I used a natural sweetener.
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 2 TBSP of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 TBSP of melted butter
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries. You can replace with frozen blueberries
