  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • subheading: Gravy:
  • 3 tbsp reserved frying oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 3 ¼ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste (1 tsp kosher salt 1 ½ tsp black pepper)
