Ginger Garlic Sesame Shrimp

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 1 pound (16 to 20 count) shrimp,  peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil or canola oil
  • 3 green onions, including onion greens, sliced on the diagonal
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
