  • 3 GREEN ONIONS (SCALLIONS), FINELY CHOPPED
  • 1 TABLESPOON FINELY GRATED GINGER
  • 1 TEASPOON SESAME OIL
  • 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
  • COOKED BROWN BASMATI RICE, KIMCHI, SLICED CUCUMBER, THINLY SLICED CHILLIES AND SESAME SEEDS, TO SERVE
