  • ¼ cup onions, diced
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, without anchovies, or Bragg's Aminos
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning dry spice
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, optional
