Im a wife, mother of 3,grandmother of 6 & great grandmother of 1.My hobbies are cooking/baking, reading, daily I work with the homeless to help those that are addicted find God and the help they need

1 ½ cups or 355ml heavy cream

1 ½ cups or 355ml 2% milk

⅔ cup or 130g granulated sugar

¼ cup or 50g brown sugar

3 egg yolks (I used four by accident.)

2 tablespoons instant coffee granules (I used espresso powder.)

⅛ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
