Ingredients
  • 500 grams Great Northern Beans or Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed well)
  • 50 grams oat flour (or ground quick oats)
  • 50 grams powdered peanut butter
  • 42 grams Cocoa Bar PB Cup (or flavor of choice)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 100 grams nonfat greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (120 ml) nonfat milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 grams sea salt
  • 88 grams erythritol (can omit and use stevia and/or coconut sugar, but macros will vary)
  • Stevia to taste optional (if you like yours extra sweet like I do)
