Weight Watchers Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
  • 2 12 oz cans of tuna in water, (drained)
  • 8 oz whole wheat egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 oz sherry (optional)
  • 32 oz container of broth (chicken/veggie)
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 3 tablespoon non-fat margarine
  • ½ cup non-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of low-fat grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup whole wheat seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
