Ingredients
  • 8 cups of chicken or turkey stock
  • 1 leftover ham bone
  • 2 14.5 oz canned Cannellini Great Northern, Pinto or Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups of diced peeled potatoes or two small-medium potatoes
  • 3 cups of chopped ham
  • 1 ½ cups of diced celery
  • 1 ½ cups of diced baby carrots
  • 1 cup of chopped onions or 1 medium onion chopped
  • ½ tsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • black pepper and salt to taste
