Steamed Veggies w Parmesan

Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 cups Frozen vegetable blend
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Steps
  1. 1 cup water in pressure cooker
  2. Place steamer basket inside and fill with veggies, thicker veggies like carrots on bottom and lighter like broccoli on top.
  3. Lid on SEALING position
  4. STEAM function to 0 (zero) minutes.
  5. When time up IMMEDIATELY quick release
  6. Top with Parmesan salt and pepper
