  • 2 nori sheets each cut into 6 rectangular pieces
  • sriracha drizzle (optional)
  • vegan mayo drizzle (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking
  • soy sauce for dipping

  • ½ block extra firm tofu around 200g
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste  or regular miso paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Better Than Bouillon seasoning
  • ½ tsp kelp powder optional
  • ½ tsp beetroot powder optional
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo
