Easy German Meatballs with Mustard Gravy

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons German mustard (dijon will also work)
  • Salt and pepper
