Easy Roasted Pumpkin (How to Recipe)
Ingredients
  • ½ medium pumpkin (cut into thick wedges)
  • 3 or 4 tablespoons olive oil (see Notes below for alternatives)
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • Black pepper, freshly ground if possible, to taste
  • Dash of cayenne pepper, or hot/smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs or 2 teaspoons dried (I like thyme and oregano or sage)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon, optional
