GF Apple Pie Bars (Slab Pie)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 15 g 1:1 flour
  • 30 g sugar granulated, maple or light brown
  • 112 g unsalted butter or plant butter cut into small pieces
  • subheading: FROSTING:
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 30 g milk or plant milk
  • 50 g unsalted butter softened
  • ½ tsp vanilla
