Ingredients
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef (96% lean grass fed hamburger or rinse well after cooking if not as lean)
  • 1 sweet onion (diced small)
  • 2 carrot (s) (quartered and then sliced)
  • 1 head celery (all the inner celery leaves from a head of celery, chopped finely)
  • 4 cups cabbage (chopped small; or a ¼ of a large head)
  • 2.5 tsp mineral salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ tsp black strap molasses
  • 2 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (1 to 2 Tbsp; according to your taste)
  • 24 oz spaghetti sauce (1-jar of sugar free spaghetti sauce)
  • 32 oz beef broth (or beef stock)
  • 24 oz frozen cauliflower (blended with 4 cups of hot water)
  • 3 cup frozen okra (blended with 3 cups of hot water)
  • 3 Tbsp THM Integral Collagen (to sprinkle over the soup after cooking)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley (to sprinkle over the soup after cooking)
