  • ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers, blotted dry
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes dehydrated and chopped

  • 1 egg, mixed with 1 tablespoon water, for glaze
  • 1 teaspoon sesame or poppy seeds (optional)
