  • 165 grams milk, warmed ⅔ cup
  • 30 grams granulated sugar 2 Tablespoons
  • 8 grams instant yeast 2 teaspoons
  • 55 grams unsalted butter, melted and cooled 4 Tablespoons
  • 12 grams salt 2 teaspoons
  • 20 grams cornstarch 2 Tablespoons
