Servings: 9 - 6" pancakes
Ingredients
  • 2 C. sourdough starter (can use discard)
  • 2 T. melted butter or coconut oil
  • 3 T. yogurt or sour cream
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • ½ t. salt
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • ½ t. cinnamon
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together. It will get very bubbly.
  2. Heat griddle on medium-low and pour batter into desired shape. Cook until bubble form on one side, them flip and cook until golden.
