Ingredients
  • 1½ to 2 cups Lentils
  • Water or broth
  • Bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Potato
  • 2 bunches Spinach
  • 2 Tomato
  • Salt
Steps
  1. Boil the lentils in water/ broth with salt
  2. Cook bacon
  3. Finely chop all veggies
  4. Cook veggies (except spinach) with a little oil (or bacon grease)
  5. Add veggies, bacon, and spinach to lentils
  6. Sal a tu gusto!
