Freezer apricot jam
Ingredients
  • 6 cups of apricots either chopped finely or blended
  • 6 cups of sugar
  • ¼ Cup of water
  • 2 packets of certo (liquid pectin)
Steps
  1. Mix the apricots and sugar in a large pot.
  2. Add the pectin to the water. Stir and let sit for about 3 minutes.
  3. Mix the water and pectin with the apricot mixture. Bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. Put in freezer safe containers and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours or until set, then place in freezer.
