Blade roast beef
Ingredients
  • 1 blade roast beef
  • Packet of French onion soup
  • 1 tbsp gravox powder
  • ½ cup of flour
  • 2 cups of water
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Mushrooms
  •  
  • Throw chopped carrot and onion into the base of the slow cooker
  •  
  • Sear the meat on the stove, pour the mix of soup, gravox, water and flour
  •  
  • Let bubble away in the slow cooker for 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high
  •  
  • Serve with crispy potatoes in the air fryer
