Taco Spaghetti
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2 cans Rotel
  • 1 can tomato paste, 6 oz
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups Mexican blended cheese
Steps
  1. Brown ground beef
  2. Stir in taco seasoning
  3. Add Rotel, tomato paste and spaghetti
  4. Cover with the 6 cups of water
  5. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer. Cover and cook until spaghetti fully cooked, about 15 min
  6. Remove from heat and add cheese
  7. Cover and let cheese melt
