Skinny Cheeseburger Skillet

Ingredients
  • 1 lb 93% ground turkey
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, oregano
  • 3 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 8oz Whole Grain elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ cup 2% sharp cheddar
  • ½ cup fat free cheddar
Steps
  1. Brown ground turkey in skillet. Add garlic powder and paprika. Stir well. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, and elbow macaroni. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat and add cheese. Mix well and serve.
Notes
  • Serves 6 at 4sp each serving. About 1 ½ cups per serving.
