Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained
  • Zest of x1 lemon, juice of ½
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Pea Protein Isolate (unflavoured)
  • A bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium red onion, ½ diced, ½ sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 buns of your choosing
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • Chili sauce and vegan mayo to serve
