  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 3 tablespoons water as needed
  • 10 oz spinach finely chopped, around 3 to 4 cups finely chopped spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala
