Ingredients

- 1 jar (16 to 18 oz) pineapple preserves
- 1 jar (16 to 18 oz) apple jelly
- ½ cup horseradish
- 3 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill. This sauce is beautiful in little glass jars (check out Wal-Mart or Michaels for inexpensive little jars...)

- 1 cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Fresh mint sprigs
