  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, optional
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cumin
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Ice Water, or more as needed
