Ingredients
  • 1 medium onion roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 15oz can chickpeas drained
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ to 1 Cup Fresh herbs (Depends on taste preference, flat leaf parsley, mint, coriander or a combo)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon Flour (Rice flour works well, but any flour will be fine)
  • thin pita or tortillas
  • shredded carrots, for topping
  • avocado, sliced, for topping
  • Oil for shallow pan frying
