Ingredients
  • 1 box of Mac & Cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 can Chili Magic
  • 1 can Mexican Rotel
  • 1 can Pinto Beans, drained
  • 2+ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown off ground beef and add taco seasoning according to pkg instructions.
  3. Cook Mac & Cheese pasta until al denté, drain and add cheese packet.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix taco ground beef, chili magic, rotel and pinto beans. Add mac & cheese, mix gently.
  5. Add about half the shredded cheese to mixture.
  6. Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, covered.
  7. Remove from oven, add remaining cheese to top of casserole and put in oven for ten minutes uncovered.
  8. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
