Goulash

Ingredients
  • 1 to 2lbs Hamburger
  •  
  • ½ to 1 Large Onion, chopped
  •  
  • 2 to 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  •  
  • Hot Peppers, finely chopped, you can also use canned Chilies or Hot sauce (can be omitted when using tomatoes with green chilies).
  •  
  • You can also add Sweet peppers, Celery, Carrots, just whatever you have on hand and sounds good to you!
  •  
  • Tomatoes, chopped, fresh in season or
  • Canned with Green Chilies.
  •  
  • About ¼ to ½c of Ketchup (this is the secret ingredient) :)
  •  
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  •  
  • Pasta of choice
  •  
  • Shredded Cheese
Steps
  1. Brown Hamburger.
  2. Add Onions & garlic, cook until onions are tender.
  3. Add Tomatoes and Ketchup.
  4. Salt & Pepper to taste!
  5. Cook until slightly reduced and bubbling!
  6. Add to cooked Pasta.
  7. Top with Cheese, if desired!
Notes
  • This is a recipe without a recipe, kind of dump it and eyeball the amounts! :)
