Ingredients
  • Today I madeeggs for my girls and I. I used 1 cup of water below the trivet. Then I buttered three ramekins. For the girls, I did one egg each (yolks broken) with salt and pepper. For myself, I made a "super egg" - ham in the bottom of the ramekin, two broken yolkeggs, about a tablespoon of cream and salt and pepper. Three minutes steam with quick release was perfect for the girlseggs. For mine, it took 7 minutes as my ramekin was much fuller! They were PERFECT! (As a comparison, the SuperEggs take about 30 minutes in the oven). I love my Instant Pot, as you'll probably figure out in the post! haha!
