  • 1 tbsp dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp ghee, lard or duck fat for frying
  • Avocado and Lime Dip:
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp parsley or cilantro
  • salt/pepper to taste
