Gluten Free Italian Christmas Cookies
Ingredients

  • 2 ½c Flour (I use Bob’s Redmill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Flour)
  • ½c butter, softened
  • ½c sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2tsp almond extract
  • 3 to 5 tbsp milk (I use about 5 with the GF flour since it’s more absorbant than regular flour)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 4 tbsp milk
