  • 1 Korean zucchini (or summer squash), (185g / 7 ounces), thinly sliced (0.3 to 0.5cm / 0.2 inches)

  • 2 eggs , beaten
  • ¾ tsp fine sea salt , divided into one ¼ tsp lot and one ½ tsp lot
  • Some cooking oil
