  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil (divided)

  • 4 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (or 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley)
