  1. Bhabho Gulapi, For the base Ice-cream, I used the same recipe as in the link. Then divided the the mixture in 3 parts, 40% for Keshar pista and 30% for mango and sitaphal each. For keshar pista, soaked keshar in warm milk for couple hours and added that to this mixture along with chopped badam-pista. Added the whole tin of mango pulp in the mango part and added sitaphal pulp till the taste was achieved in the sitaphal part. Baked a thin layer of cake (this can be skipped, but some members in my family wanted it :D) first in the pan. After this cake cooled down, first poured the keshar pista layer, then sitaphal layer and then the mango layer. Freeze and enjoy :) I got Sitaphal pulp in Indian grocery store in frozen section.
