  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten (or an equivalent amount of egg whites)
  • 2 cups milk (or vegan equivalent)
  • ½ cup butter or margarine, melted (or vegan equivalent)
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional depending on the salt content of the sausage and cheese you use.)
