Ingredients
- subheading: Tenderloin:
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- ½ tablespoon Salt
- ½ tablespoon fresh ground Pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 to 2 teaspoons MSG/Accent (optional)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- subheading: Sauce:
- ⅛ cup Warm Water
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Steps
- Place fresh tenderloin into sous vide safe sealable bag.
- Add seasonings to bag, making sure to have enough to cover the entire tenderloin.
- pour in 1 to 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, and massage bag so to spread oil and seasonings thoroughly.
- Place in sous vide bath at 140 degrees for 1 to 2 hours.
- Once done, pour the bag out into a hot pan, and sear the tenderloin on all sides.
- Turn off the heat, and remove the tenderloin, adding ⅛ cup of warm water and a tablespoon of tomato paste, stirring well to deglaze the pan. Scrape the pan, reduce the sauce and pour over the tenderloin. Serve over noodles or with rice.
