  • 2 ½ cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice, to taste, optional
