Cream turkey gravy (over biscuits or toast)
Ingredients
  • 4 T margarine
  • 1 ½ chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 T pepper
  • 6 T flour
  • 2 to 3 cups of leftover turkey, cubed
Steps
  1. In a 2 qt saucepan, cook margarine, chicken broth, and milk over medium to high heat to a low boil. Whisk in flour, salt, and pepper until it starts to thicken, keeping at a low boil. When it starts to get thick, add turkey and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over biscuits, toast, or rolls.
