  • 1 cup dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio

  • Salt
  • 1 ½ pounds fresh pasta or 1 pound dry pasta
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • ¼ cup parsley, minced
