Red Onion Marmalade
Heat olive oil and butter. 1 min 100 speed 1.  Add onions and sugar. Varoma.  Stir. About 20 to 30 mins or until caramalizing. Add red wine and vinigar. Continue cooking until liquid is evaporated (about 30 mins)
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 large red onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • salt to taste
