Bacon and brie burgers on Bibb lettuce with ground mustard and capers

Ingredients
  • 2 thawed ½ pound hamburger
  • 4 strips of uncooked center cut bacon
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic (½ per patty)
  • 2 3-inch slices of brie cheese (cut from wheel)
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon capers
Steps
  1. Thaw 2 hamburger patties if frozen.
  2. Season both sides of each patty with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
  3. Cut 4 slices of bacon in half to make 8
  4. slices.
  5. Cut 2 slices of brie into 4 1-½ inch slices
  6. Place patties and bacon on bottom of air fryer basket.
  7. Set air fryer to 400° for 14 minutes.
  8. Cook for 7 minutes then flip burger.
  9. Cook for another 6 minutes. Make sure internal burger temperature is 145°.
  10. Pick up bacon and place on top of burgers. Add 2 slices of brie to each burger.
  11. Cool for 1 more minute.
  12. Remove and place on Bibb lettuce
  13. Garnish with a dab of ground mustard and a splash of capers.
  14. Enjoy!
