  • 3 Spring onions cut thin slices
  • 1 Red chilli thin slices
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil ( Sunflower, canola, peanut or vegetable oil )

  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin see details in note
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang see details in note
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
