Ingredients
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 to 4 carrots
  • 1 to 2 turnip
  • Olive, grape seed or coconut oil
  • Himalayan Salt & pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Slice all vegetables thinly.  I use a food processor's slicer.
  2. Put oil in deep fry pan.  I really don't use that much.
  3. Place sliced vegetables in pan, making sure they are separated from themselves as much as possible.
  4. Fry as you would fried potatoes (hash browns), adding additional oil as needed, until done.
Notes
  • *Other vegetable that can be substituted or added:  beets, parsnips, kohlrabi.  Sweet potatoes are the main vegetable.  Add others as desired.
  • *I also add ground beef or shredded chicken to make a complete meal.
