Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 to 4 carrots
- 1 to 2 turnip
- Olive, grape seed or coconut oil
- Himalayan Salt & pepper to taste
Steps
- Slice all vegetables thinly. I use a food processor's slicer.
- Put oil in deep fry pan. I really don't use that much.
- Place sliced vegetables in pan, making sure they are separated from themselves as much as possible.
- Fry as you would fried potatoes (hash browns), adding additional oil as needed, until done.
Notes
- *Other vegetable that can be substituted or added: beets, parsnips, kohlrabi. Sweet potatoes are the main vegetable. Add others as desired.
- *I also add ground beef or shredded chicken to make a complete meal.
