Flavoursome Chicken Tikka Masala that’s straight forward to make and has Chicken Tikka pieces immersed in rich, creamy tomato-based sauce.
Ingredients
  • • 500 grams - Boneless Chicken
  • • 1 TBSP + 1 TBSP - Ginger Paste
  • • 1 TBSP + 1 TBSP - Garlic Paste
  • • 1 tsp + 1 tsp - Salt (or to taste)
  • • ½ tsp + ½ tsp - Red Chilli Powder (or to taste)
  • • ½ tsp + ½ tsp - Garam Masala Powder (or to taste)
  • • ½ tsp + ½ tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder (or to taste)
  • • 1 tsp + 1 TBSP - Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) - roasted
  • • ½ tsp - Lemon Juice
  • • ¼ tsp + ¼ tsp - Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
  • • 1 tsp + 1 TBSP + 1 TBSP - Oil
  • • 3 TBSP - Yogurt (Thick Dahi/Curd)
  • • 1½ cup - Tomatoes - chopped
  • • 8 - Cashew Nuts
  • • 1 cup - Onions - finely chopped
  • • 1 tsp - Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder
  • • 1 tsp - Cumin (Jeera) Powder
  • • 1 cup - Water
  • • 3 TBSP - Single Cream
  • • ¼ cup - Cilantro (Coriander) - chopped
