  • 2 ½ cups baby arugula
  • 2 ½ cups watercress
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1.5 ounces Parmesan cheese, shaved (about ⅓ cup)
