Blackpudding Sausage Rolls with Cranberry Sauce

Have a wife who is brilliant in the kitchen so I don't see any future there. Confine myself to "nibbles" which I serve as a number of plates (I love pastry) at (usually) lunch time, for family and friends.

1 x 320g sheet of puff pastry

6 tbsp cranberry sauce

6 Clonakilty Blackpudding Sausages (skins removed & cut in half)

Salt and black pepper

1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

1 egg (beaten)

Black sesame seeds (to garnish)
